2023 Sioux Empire Spring Parade of Homes

We finally made it to Spring Y’all!!!

I think it is safe to say it has been a winter we are all ready to close the door on. That also means the Sioux Empire Spring Parade of Homes is just around the corner! We absolutely love taking part in this exciting event!

The Kelly Construction team is ready to share what we have been working on all winter! This spring we will feature two different types of homes on the Parade you won’t want to miss!

First, we have our Moody Farmhouse design style on our Farmhouse Chestnut floor plan. If you love Farmhouse, but prefer those deeper darker richer tones, this is right up your alley! Two-tone cabinets, our highly coveted deck fireplace and some shiplap accents are just a few of the fun touches in this home!

Next, we have our Portico floor plan in Sioux Falls’ one and only 55+ development featuring single family homes within an amenity rich community and a HOA for that luxury lock and leave lifestyle! This home has so many upgrades your head may begin to swirl with all the ideas, in a good way of course! Some of the favorites here are the sitting room off the primary suite, courtyard with paver patio and firepit. Also there is a super fun accent wall to greet you as you enter the home!

We do have a few more spec homes complete right next door that will be open as well! They feature a variety of floor plans and designs and are all available for a quick move in! All of these homes are nicely clustered together so we even made it extra convenient for you to check them all out!
